HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR APPROACH TO THERAPY?

I create a space where you can examine your life's complexities with both compassion and clarity - whether you're navigating burnout, relationship challenges, anxiety, or a deeper search for meaning. I'm particularly drawn to working with curious, thoughtful people who are ready to understand their deeper patterns and contradictions. My approach recognizes that we all contain different parts - the achiever pushing for more, the critic holding us back, the part seeking genuine connection. Through understanding how these parts interact and influence your choices, we create space for your truest self to emerge and lead the way forward.

Together, we'll explore how your emotional landscape, relationship dynamics, and lived experiences shape your life. From healing past trauma to addressing imposter syndrome to building more authentic connections, our work moves beyond temporary fixes to create lasting change that aligns with your values and aspirations.

WHAT LED YOU TO BECOME A COUNSELOR?

While I've always been fascinated by what makes people tick, I spent my first decade of work in the corporate world, leading teams and working in strategy across consulting, tech, and startups. That experience showed me firsthand how people navigate big life changes and search for meaning in both their careers and personal lives.

During Covid, like many others, I found myself reflecting deeply on what mattered most to me. Having experienced how transformative therapy can be in my own life, I realized I wanted to support others in their journeys of growth and healing. This led me to pursue training as a therapist, bringing together my business background with my passion for helping people thrive.

WHAT TRAININGS HAVE YOU COMPLETED AND HOW DO THEY RELATE TO YOUR IDEAL CLIENT?

My educational foundation brings together a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. My counseling training spans multiple dimensions of human experience - from emotional and social development to trauma-informed care and mindfulness approaches. I've completed specialized coursework in relationship dynamics, human sexuality, addictions counseling, and career development, giving me a rich foundation for supporting clients through various life challenges and transitions.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR CLIENTS TO KNOW?

Having experienced the power of therapy in my own life, I deeply respect the courage it takes to begin this journey. Whether you're working through past hurts, wrestling with anxiety or depression, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I'm here to support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.

PERSONAL NOTE - WHAT DO YOU LOVE TO DO IN YOUR FREE TIME?

Outside of work, you'll find me on the tennis or pickleball court, practicing Pilates, or taking sunny neighborhood walks with my husband and two young children. I express my creativity through interior design, art history, photography, and antiquing. I cherish time in the mountains and exploring new places with family and friends.
