Clinical Supervision
Supportive, growth-oriented supervision for LPC-Associates building their clinical careers in Texas.
About Our Supervisor
Sarah Arnold, LPC-Supervisor and Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider, brings a depth of clinical experience and a genuine passion for developing the next generation of therapists. Her supervision style is collaborative, encouraging, and rooted in the belief that strong clinicians are built through both rigorous training and a safe space to grow. Sarah draws on her expertise in holistic and integrative approaches to help supervisees develop their clinical identity with confidence.
Under Sarah's guidance, LPC-Associates do more than accumulate hours toward licensure; they build the foundation for a thriving, sustainable career. Her supervision goes beyond case consultation to include practice management, self-care strategies, and the development of a professional identity that aligns with each clinician's values and strengths. It is supervision designed to help you become not just a licensed counselor, but the kind of therapist you always wanted to be.
