Step 2

Get Matched

Based on what you share with us, we will recommend a therapist who is the best fit for your needs, personality, and goals. We consider specialties, therapeutic approaches, insurance compatibility, and availability to ensure a strong match. If for any reason the fit does not feel right, we are always happy to help you find another therapist on our team.

Step 3

Your First Session

Your intake session is a 50-minute conversation where your therapist gets to know you. You will discuss what brought you to therapy, your personal history, and what you hope to achieve. Your therapist will create a warm, welcoming environment where you can share at your own pace. This session lays the groundwork for everything that follows.

Step 4

Ongoing Growth

With regular sessions, typically weekly or biweekly, you will begin to notice shifts in how you think, feel, and relate to the world around you. Your therapist will check in on your progress, celebrate milestones, and adjust the plan as needed. Therapy is not linear, and we are with you through every step, including the challenging ones.
