About Lindsey

Lindsey Beaudreau is a lifelong artist who loves working with creatives, skeptics, and deep thinkers. She helps clients look beyond quick fixes and explore how modern stressors, lifestyle patterns, and unmet needs shape their mental health. Her goal is to support clients in becoming informed, empowered, and actively engaged in their own healing.

My Approach

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and centered on building personal agency. I blend mindfulness, body awareness, emotional exploration, energy work, and practical tools to help you better understand your patterns and respond with greater clarity and intention. Therapy isn't about shortcuts. It's about slowing down, increasing awareness, and making sustainable changes grounded in self-trust and responsibility.

I love working with people who are questioning mainstream mental health narratives, skeptical of quick chemical fixes, and done being reduced to a diagnosis. Rather than viewing symptoms as problems to eliminate, we explore them as meaningful signals, pointing to stress, unmet needs, environmental mismatches, or deeper patterns that deserve thoughtful attention.

Outside the Office

Like many artsy people, I am curious and scattered. In my free time, you'll find me rotating between various books on mental and physical health, exploring alternative wellness ideas, watching historical YouTube videos, conducting questionable kitchen experiments, and spending time with my two dogs.
